TeamBuildr Training: Streamlined Strength and Conditioning Programs

TeamBuildr Training is an Android app designed for coaches, trainers, athletes, and clients who want to access quality, structured strength and conditioning programs in a single app. Users must have a TeamBuildr account or an Easy Join Code to log in to the app.

For coaches, the app allows previewing and reviewing workout sessions for all athletes and clients. They can view key stats for each athlete's training session, track their progress over time, and communicate with them individually or in groups using the in-app chat feature. Dynamic leaderboards show results for any combination of athletes and clients, and coaches can post to the Feed, including links, videos, and images to specific groups of athletes or clients.

For athletes, the app provides individualized training from their coach every day in-app, allowing them to record their form on video for the coach/trainer to review. They can receive detailed workouts with precise %-based weights and instructional videos, message their coach, friends, and teammates in-app, and share pictures and videos on the Feed. The app also stores all exercise history, including 1RM's and other PR's, in the mobile app complete with linear graphs.

Overall, the TeamBuildr mobile training experience is streamlined, fast, and efficient, allowing coaches to continue coaching and athletes to focus on training.
